The information supplied on the registration form will be shared and used by the Organising Committee. Unless you advise Survey & Spatial NZ otherwise your name will be included in the list of conference participants distributed to delegates and sponsors.
Survey & Spatial NZ reserves the right to make changes to the conference programme and if necessary, cancel the conference. In the event the conference is cancelled, Survey & Spatial NZ will refund your full registration fee. Where a participant is unable to attend the conference, a substitute person can attend at no additional cost, or alternatively a half refund will be given for cancellation received between 5 days and up to 24 hours prior to the event.
